Book your appointment
Choose your treatment, artist and time. You get a confirmation by email straight away.
- Choose a service. Each treatment has its own duration, so you only see times that fit.
- Pick your nail artist or whoever is available first.
- Choose a day and time and leave your name, phone and email.
- You get a confirmation email with a link to cancel, and a reminder the day before.
- Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Want an extra like nail strengthening or brow lightening? Add it in the note. Studio policies

Cancelling or rescheduling
Please cancel or move your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellation
For cancellations under 24 hours, your next appointment needs prepayment, or 50% of the missed service is charged.
No-show
If you miss an appointment without notice, full prepayment is required for your next booking.
Running late
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or cancelled, without refund if prepaid.
Hygiene & health
Please tell us in advance about skin conditions, fungal infections or other contraindications. Otherwise we may need to decline the treatment.
Payment
We accept cash and girocard at the studio. Please let us know your preferred method in advance.
